One menu, four nights. Whatever the boats brought.
Dinner is at one long table under the vine, Wednesday to Saturday. Tomás cooks; you eat what he cooked. This week:
- To start Red prawns from Garrucha Grilled, salt, nothing else.
- Cold Ajoblanco with green grapes Almonds from the hills behind the house.
- The boat Amberjack, fennel, burnt lemon Line-caught, whatever came in at six.
- Sweet Fig-leaf ice cream, mountain honey From the tree outside Alba.
